This is our third year booking with Midgett, and honestly won’t ever go back. Whole process is super easy, houses have been awesome, and they are easily the most reasonably priced now on OBX. We will be booking every year, and another amazing trip! Thanks so much!

At least it's one of the top five realtors on the Outer Banks of NC. We've been renting through them for over 15 years. Their homes are quite modest and have all the things you need. We've had only a couple of minor issues which were immediately tended to.
