“To be honest, I struggle to understand those negative reviews. First, I tried with Enterpr**** but their credit card policy did not allow me to get a car. Thank God we ended up at Budget. I can tell that Pat went the extra mile to help me getting a car, He was knowledgeable and laser focused. I could get my things done in time and when I returned the car, Steve did an amazing job by assisting me.
