“This was my first time renting from Hertz and I will say it was nice. April was very helpful in explaining everything. But the return process was very different. I got a phone call to remind me when my rental was due back, but when I got to the counter no one was there. I stood there and waited for about 10 minutes before I just filled out the paperwork and put tin the drop box. I guess I'd just rather have the a receipt in my hand than sent to me in my email.”

“This is my second time renting from Hertz at ILM this year and I have been treated both times with great and fast customer service! My cars have been both very new and low mileage vehicles. I was given a Camry this last rental since they were out of midsize cars at no extra cost. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes during check in and check out!”
