This is an edit to my past review. I have become impressed with the very professional and polite lady behind the counter. Her customer service has improved greatly and I'm very impressed. She knows her regulars, is always friendly (unlike the lady at the Havelock counter) and

The new post office employee seems to be a day behind. Whenever Amazon notified me of a delivery, it was always there. Since the new employee arrived, they seem to be a day behind.
