So gentle, loving and straight forth about the care of the animals they see. We moved quite a distance away but still make the drive because we wouldn’t trust anyone else.”
“Got a last minute appointment due to my dogs foot swelling. They were VERY quick with the appointment. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Price was ALOT better than I thought with X-rays. Everyone was super sweet. The techs were amazing with my girl who is nervous around new people!”

“The staff on the night of 9/3/2026 was INCREDIBLE. They were so kind, understanding, and easy to communicate with. I literally cannot imagine how hard their jobs are and they were still smiling at me and my dog, being kind to us, and being patient with my lil old dog. I know they were short staffed as well and still kept a good attitude. I was even offered a snack or drink since my wait was longer than expected. Yall be nice to these people, they’re doing some of the hardest jobs around. I’m grateful they are there to help me and my fur babies!”

I have been to other vet hospitals in the area that pad the bills, recommend unnecessary treatments and tests, and charge for unnecessary office visits. I have seen none of these business practices at havelock animal hospital. What I have seen are some excellent veterinarians, techs, and a fantastic front office staff. Dr. Truskey just did surgery on my 14yo rescue dog. She is an excellent veterinarian and one I highly recommend.”
