“Even though I didn't get my car repaired, I will forever be grateful for Tony's Auto Repair.
My car broke down about 7 mins away from Tony's around 4am. I thought they'd be able to fix my car's alternator as soon as they opened; however, that wasn't the case. The earliest my car could be fixed was Monday. Which I found out around 8am when they opened.
I had been in my car since 4am and needed to use the restroom. They allowed me to use the restroom and stay warm in the customer lounge. They also let me be in the garage directly under the Vent System to keep warm, and thaw out.
I was able to keep warm for about 2 and a half hours until my Tow Truck came.
Thank you Tony's!!! Thank you for your kindness and generosity. I was literally shaking from sleeping in my car. My toes were going numb. You guys are awesome!! Bless!”

“Let me explain what customer service looks like: in need of something to get my customer out , the manager, Rick, put his dinner fork down (albeit after hours) and brought me what I needed to finish a job. He got my waiting, dependent customer back on the road. Rick made something happened that appeased both my company and my customer. He understands what it takes to keep small communities moving and working together. That’s progression! That’s what we need in Henderson! Thank you!”

“What started as a fun road trip quickly turned into a scary nightmare when we hit a deer in the middle of the night while traveling from NJ to SC. Thankfully, we were okay—but our truck was not. We were left stranded in Henderson, NC with a vehicle that was no longer drivable.
Every person we encountered that night recommended C&P Autobody Shop, and now we completely understand why. Before business hours, Art and his team welcomed us into the shop with open arms and immediately reassured us that everything would be okay. Unsure of the extent of the damage, we packed up the truck as if we might never see it again.
Art went above and beyond—he personally drove us 40 minutes to get a rental car so we could continue our trip and eventually make it back home to NJ. He handled all communication and paperwork with the insurance company and kept us informed every step of the way.
A few weeks later, our truck was delivered back to us in NJ looking absolutely impeccable—truly brand new. What could have been a horrible experience turned into one where we felt supported, cared for, and confident we were in the best hands.

“During the storm last week I made an emergency stop at Autozone due to my windshield wipers not working properly. An associate named Steven was willing to assist me with getting everything taken care of for me to safely travel home”
“I came in as a walk in with no appointment. They got me in immediately. The young man, Tron, explained to me what the job of getting new tires was. He worked with me for the best price and availability of 4 new tires, with installation, plus lifetime rotation, plus road insurance to fit my budget for 4 year tires. He told me it would be an hour or less and they were done in 55 minutes, before I finished my regular weekly shopping. I told him about the air pressure alert lights being on and he said he would check for sensor defects and reset. When I was done, he said he checked everything and it was alright. When I started the car, he was correct, all the alert lights were off. It was such a relief, for as a 71 year old woman, to have warning lights on scares me to be stranded with car problems at my age. This young man made me feel safe, secure and like he cared about my well being. Kudos to him and I hope he is well taken care of by Walmart, as I will be bringing all my vehicle problems within their scope to this facility. Please give him another huge Thank you from me.”
