“I arrived 1.5 hour early before my appointment. They gave me a door right away. It didnt take them long to unload me and lady called to office to come get my paperwork. The guards and employees inside were friendly. They have parking for about 4 to 5 trucks right in front of guard shack on right side by fence. N u can park overnight on the street. The corner store sell food in it just in case u want want sum food before u get there. Also u cannot check in no more than 2 hours before ur appointment.”

Above is the actual delivery address truckers. Don't use the Vanco Mill Rd. address. That entrance is for warehouse personnel and it's a pain to get turned around and get back to Martin Creek Rd.

Try to arrive early. Entry gate can get backed up. Arrived at 338pm for a 4pm appointment. Didn't ✅ in till 4:10 due to wait time at the gate.

Security staff at the gate were very polite, professional, efficient and informative. They were checking in 2 drivers at a time at the gate to speed up the process. Clearly explained process. Good job ladies.

Backed into door immediately.
Plenty of room. Disconnected from trailer and chocked trailer tires. Went to door 522 to drop off paperwork. (Drop it in the bin behind the first window on the left. There will be signs.) Went back to my truck and waited for a text or call.

Got a text to return to the office. ( Instructions require you to pickup paperwork before pulling out of the door.)
Returned to the office at door 522. Picked up my paperwork.

Trash left in my trailer. Forklift operators, u suck!

Out the gate at 730pm. Good job security. Good job receiving clerks. Forklift drivers ?.”
