The units are very clean and even after the hurricane there's no sign on any damage to them. The staff are very helpful and polite. Renting a space was easy & quick. All information was provided in multiple formats. Customer service was expertly served in a kind yet professional manner. Easy to rent online. Was really nice to be able to reserve the unit for 10 days before starting the lease. Found the unit to be clean and ready to go. Very helpful after the hurricane with opening the unit and supplying the dumpsters. Very understanding when having to transition to a smaller unit afterwards. Small concern with the gate not being closed all the time.

I have been with add a space for 12 years and I am so very pleased with this company. We have been through ALOT in these years and they are almost like family. I rented my unit from the original owner/builder .I trust my belongings with this storage facility!
