“No hassle! Ample storage units available. Michelle was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The unit itself serves exactly what I needed. They even sent me a birthday coupon. With prices being so high on everything that means a lot. I would absolutely recommend this company!! My experience has been nothing short of a pleasure!!”
“I had a bit of a technical issue with my unit/payment that I came into the office to sort out. Nicki was working and was absolutely great. She understood my issue and was able to fix everything quickly. I thought it would be a longer process to figure out but she took care of it right away. Fantastic costumer service. I hope Nicki is here any time I have a problem.”
“David at Carolina Storage was great to work with. Many options of size, color and construction choices made it easy to design the best shed for our needs. We are loving our new shed. Highly recommended.”
“Easy, quick, and convenient for moving or storing almost anything! Sandy worked with me to help sort out a few special concerns I had and the customer service she provided was above and beyond what I have received almost anywhere else in town! I couldn't recommend a better place to get a storage unit if you want top notch customer service and assistance!”
“I have been with add a space for 12 years and I am so very pleased with this company. We have been through ALOT in these years and they are almost like family. I rented my unit from the original owner/builder .I trust my belongings with this storage facility!”

“This was my second time with a unit here. Chose climate control small one. Always able to find a flat trolley for moves, place clean and secure. Office staff helpful, friendly and totally efficient! I was storing building supplies that we finally used up and framed art. If you need storing this is a great place to use.”

“Moving from FL to NC Jack Herbert helped me with a long term plan to unload a full 26 ft truck into a 10x20 and 10x10 unit. There were many details to attend to and Jack did everything he could to help the transition have a good outcome. There were challenges with bad weather and hired helpers. but he hung in there with us to the end helping us to finish the big job. He followed up with us til we were out the gate. And even the next day. We will have his units for long term storage as we build a house this year. Thank you Jack! Pat M.”
“We have been customers of Howard Gap for over 5 years. They have been extremely helpful, especially with accommodating us with our long distance move out. We've had a great experience.”
“I'll never take my boat anywhere else as long as they keep letting me bring it. I was having trouble with my mercury classic 50. They fixed it properly, quickly, and for half the price other shops were quoting me. They even cleaned the motor when they were done. Good honest boat shop”
“I have now used Black's moving twice. Both times they have been on time, efficient, and courteous. They wrapped all furniture in moving blankets before they loaded them. Very nice people including the lady in the office.”
“The man who runs this facility is very accommodating. He helps whenever someone needs help with loading and unloading, works with people to make it as easy as possible to get into a unit. Great place to put your stuff”

“I have leased with SmartStop Self Storage for several years now. This is a well run and clean facility. NEVER had any security or safety issues. Jeff has always been courteous and helpful during our calls and my infrequent visits! My house would be a LOT messier without Smart Stop!
Thank you, Jeff!!”
