“They do excellent work - previously damaged area essentialy looks new! However, it did take much longer to complete repairs on my vehicle than estimated, but I chalk that up to the time of year (Holidays), waiting on insurance approvals, and others also trying to get repairs after Hurricane Helene. I would still highly recommend them in the future (they even washed/cleaned the car before I picked it up)!”

“These folks have ALWAYS been great, and operate with high integrity- especially today with my battery issue. Rather than try to push to sell me one of their batteries, the gentleman checked my battery, (which needed replacing) and noted the date of previous replacement. He kindly suggested I might want to contact AAA first (whom I purchased that battery from in an emergency) - that it should still be under warranty. It is, indeed still under warranty and AAA is now coming to replace it. Thank you, Advanced Auto for your feedback, integrity, and humanism. This is not the first time I’ve received such service from them. Customer for over 20 years!”
“I had a small front bumper repair needed on my 4runner. A different shop quoted me $2200 and said I had to replace the bumper and repaint. Jose and Kenny at Hunter took a look at it and told me to order a new bracket from Toyota ( to save on the uncharge to Hunter if they ordered it) and when I had it, I called and Jose got me in the next day. It took Kenny less the 30 min to replace the broken bracket and they had me on my way!! So simple and easy!! Super nice guys and they saved me a bundle of money!! Highly recommend them!!”
“After months of looking for a Crosstrek in my budget and planning out a trip to Asheville to look at a few (it was a 3:30 hour drive from my college). I made the long trip, to come up what I thought would be empty handed, my last attempted to look at cars was to call Hunter Subaru about a 15 minute drive south, so I gave them a call and was told that they has 2 cars that may be out of my budget but was assured that they would be worth looking at. So I went to the dealership and was met by some super nice staff, My sales person was Jordan C. Who was able to get the price down to something I could afford and helped with everything along the way. I went on my trip to view cars with the intention of getting a 2015 or 2016 Crosstrek, but in the end I now have a 2017 Crosstrek Premium. The car was not ready for me to take home the day I viewed it, so Hunter Subaru and their staff scheduled to have drivers meet me with the car at the Tennessee Kentucky border. This process went super smooth and saved me a lot of stress. The drivers were also amazing and kind. It was such a relief to work with people that genuinely cared and wanted to send me home with a safe and reliable vehicle. Hunter Subaru is definitely worth your time and wants whats best for the customer!”

I had the misfortune of causing a linear 8 inch or so scratch on the front bumper of my 2017 Acura RDX. Noting the age of the vehicle, I did not consider it worth pursuing a definitive repair. Longstanding friend Larry Laughter at Church Street Automotive told me that his customers had had good experiences with Collins, so I drove my car over to them to get their recommendation.
The two fellows there immediately looked at the damage, and agreed that a patch repair would be reasonable as compared to repainting the entire bumper. Without asking me to return at a later time and date, they worked together to paint and spray over the defect. I was not looking for a 100% perfect result, but frankly, I ended up with a 99% perfect result. I was amazed that they would just stop whatever they were doing, and take care of someone who just happened to drive in, took about 20 minutes of their precious time.
I could see from the other damaged cars out front that they handle major body work. Their very detailed attention to my vehicle clearly told me that if I, or others, ever need significant work done on their cars, that this would be the exact place to go.
Bottom line, I thought the workers here were superbly skilled, truly nice guys, and I would recommend Collins without any limitations!”
“Jeff is the only one I trust and use for any paint and body work! I have went to him for years. He always does top notch work and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied. My truck had a carport collapse on it during the winter snow storm a few years back. When I got my truck back it looked brand new! That is just one time I have witnessed his awesome work in repairing vehicles! I would highly suggest to give Jeff a call! “In the midst of the castrophic events of Helene, this store and its' associates are beyond Stellar. I have used other parts stores in the past, and O'Reilly is my go to from now on. Gen sets and cabling were handled professionally and efficiently. Plus 2 cases of bottled water. This store was beyond customer focused and helpful.

“Tonya was so incredibly helpful! I hit a deer when two and half hours away from home for work, with no friends/family in the area to assist. The Enterprise in Hendersonville had no rentals and she took the time to personally call Enterprises in the surrounding area to ensure I got a rental. On top of that she was more than welcoming and accommodating as I had to wait 2+ hours for a ride. She made a stressful ordeal so much more manageable and I can’t express how appreciative I am. I called HVL body shop as a last resort. When other shops gave me extremely high estimates without even seeing the car, José and Stephanie immediately drove out to see it for themselves. The quoted me literally a fraction of what others were. I just wanted it driveable, but they ended up fixing some cosmetic issues not previously discussed and wouldn’t let me compensate them for it- in their words, they’ve been young parents before and wanted to fix me up to drive around town with my baby comfortably. I literally could not recommend them enough!! The most honest family owned business I know of in the area.”

“I found some rare interior parts that I needed to restore my 1987 Jeep Comanche at this salvage yard, which happened to have an '87 like mine. Because of COVID, it took a couple of months for me to make the trip from Alabama, but it was well worth the seven-hour drive. The owner was very considerate of my commute, and when I finally made it up, he even remembered me inquiring about the truck on the phone from two months earlier. He was also true to the prices he quoted me on the phone. His staff was friendly and took pride in their work. I don't understand the negative comments about this business.
