Goodwill Store and Donation Center is a clean and well-organized thrift store with a friendly atmosphere. The store is always neat, with items properly tagged and plenty of employees available to answer questions and assist shoppers. Customers appreciate the variety of options, especially the large selection of kids' clothing, and find the store to be a good place to find deals. The staff members are often praised for their kindness, professionalism, and patience, with some employees going above and beyond to show genuine care and empathy. The store offers a pleasant shopping experience, and the interior layout makes browsing easy. Parking is ample, and restrooms are kept clean, adding to the overall convenience. While some customers feel that prices have increased and no longer offer the great deals they once did, others enjoy finding good deals and supporting a business that helps the community. The store's vibe is friendly, and the music adds to the welcoming environment. Occasionally, donation drive-through may be closed, but overall, the store is seen as a positive place to shop and donate. Despite some concerns about pricing, Goodwill Hendersonville remains a favored spot for thrift shoppers looking for good deals and friendly service.
The prices are outrageous. Some items are actually from the Dollar Tree purchased for a dollar and priced here for triple that. And it smells just awful.
