Over 70% of your inventory is clothing. Please don't ignore customers pleading with you to open a dressing room.

This is a decent thrift store, but the prices at Goodwill have really gotten out of hand. I like the selection, but the days of finding a decent deal at a Goodwill have long gone. It has really just become more of a second hand retail store now. Other online retailers are just as cheap…

It’s a shame you can’t leave zero stars. Tried dropping off bags of clothing but a very rude male employee said no we’re not taking any donations and if left there the police will be called because someone had left a couch but I had three bags of good clothing to donate and it wouldn’t have hurt him to take the bags as he was going in My guess he didn’t want to do his job. I told him instead of donating there anymore I will just throw it in the garbage but instead I donated it to a thrift store who was more than appreciative. Don’t bother calling corporate because I did and they just tried making excuses for his behavior so Stop donating to goodwill let them fold.

I'm not one to complain, but today I went to this specific goodwill, store #46 (I've been here multiple times), and I have never had a worse experience in my years of thrifting. First I had waited at the dressing room for more than 10 minutes after ringing the bell 2 times, this wasn't the issue. The issue was when I went to grab a staff member she tried to run away from me and then when I asked her to unlock the door she was very rude and dismissive towards me. After I left the dressing room and went to find my friend we saw that our cart was gone. My friend had placed it at the end of the aisle because there were people in the aisle. We saw that the staff had taken the cart and were putting our items back. My friend politely told them that those were her items, mind you, her phone and wallet were at the top of the pile, and we were immediately berated. Cynthia Bates, the stores manager, called my friend ignorant for leaving her cart a couple of feet away from her. We were dismissed, talked back to, and called names. I have NEVER been more upset and treated so unkind. This is just a small summary of everything that was said.

Goodwill sells free donated goods at a profit, but less than one eighth of that profit actually goes to the job-related programs they market as their primary pillar of charity work.

Shame it would not let you grade minus trillion!!!!!went there today found table for $6.25 picked it up put in my buggy. So it did not have $1.00 sign on it. It had price first mention. Went to go pay was ringing it and lady employee yells halfway across store don't sell that to her don't sell that I already have it sold. No she did not. The gentleman pretended he bought already. His was different table on top shelf this came from bottom in-between tables below. So asked for mgr. This young guy comes he was rather rude acting. Bottom line the table was not sold. Did not have dollar on it. I told them I will never donate another thing to them. Never buy another thing plus will tell the whole country exactly what occurred. I will contact corporate etc .I left went to council on aging store and will spend my money there or humane society thrift and will donate to them NOT any GOODWILl whatsoever plus bad reviews to millions.Sad customer service. Rude obnoxious employees. They need to close it down. Mgr needs coaching etc etc etc. Now to contact corporate.

I called to see if they took televisions for donation. They said no tube tvs. Brought a solid state tv and they refused it. I explained it has no tubes. She said they only take flat screens. Lady I spoke with had no knowledge of what she was speaking about and wasted my time. I had already made a trip to the landfill and the landfill was closed by the time I got to Goodwill. Just don’t depend on anything they tell you.

This is supposed to be a second hand store to find good deals and help some people out but in this stores case they are trying to attempt highway robbery. Some of the deals are great but alot of stuff is way over priced.. the store is pretty clean for the most part but the back area did smell quite off… some of the stuff is decent but some put off a very non friendly vibe..

They won’t even let you donate clothes if the bags are wet like the clothes are dry
