“I had an issue with something I had purchased and was impressed and pleasantly surprised by the response from the staff. They not only apologized, but went out of their way to make it right. That response from them says a lot about their customer service and professionalism. I've recently started having ro cook for my very large senior dog, and I look forwards to becoming a regular. Businesses make mistakes too, and as someone who spent many years in customer service, working in the food industry and doing crisis management in customer care, I was highly impressed with how they handled my issue. “Love this place. Their produce is really fresh. We bought zucchini, yellow squash, eggs, pimento cheese and sourdough bread. The pimento cheese was really good but spicy because we did not check to see that it had jalapeño peppers in it. The squash was delicious and fresh. Sourdough bread was off the chain.”
