U-Haul Moving & Storage of Hendersonville offers truck, van, and trailer rentals along with self-storage and other moving solutions. Reviews frequently highlight the friendly, attentive, helpful, and kind staff, with some noting a great sense of humor. The manager is described as going above and beyond. The rental trucks and vans are reported to be nice, clean, and in good condition, and large enough for moves. The location itself is clean, though it is noted as being out in the country. Some customers mention a very quick and easy check-in process, especially with online reservations, and found extending a reservation simple. However, the on-site Wi-Fi is reported to be poor, making app downloads difficult. The remote return process using a smartphone is noted as simple when personnel are not on site. A common caution is to fill up gas before returning, as the nearest station is several miles away, and the gas nozzle location on some vans is described as very camouflaged, confusing, and not clearly specified.
Convenient access, a beautiful office, and wonderful staff who make conversation pleasant and help you quickly complete all your business and paperwork. Highly recommended!

Needed mini-storage to clear the way for some work on our house. This facility was secure, clean, and well lit. It was easy to access and hours are reasonable.
The staff on site were helpful and polite. The sign-up, move-in, and move-out processes were very easy with the U-Haul app and website.
