“I went to Hunter Volvo on a Monday evening, after doing extensive research on the model I wanted and the vehicles in stock at Hunter. I started by walking around the lot and taking a few minutes to look at the two vehicles that I had narrowed my search down to. I was thankful to have a few minutes to look alone before beginning the buying process. I then entered the showroom and was greeted by Stefan, I told him which two vehicles I was interested in and he let me drive both and very patiently waited and I looked both over. I finally decided which one I wanted and we began to discuss numbers. After some back-and-forth we agreed on an OTD price and shook hands.
I found everyone I interacted with to be very nice and professional and Stefan definitely knew the product. He also took time to familiarize me with the service department which is important since I plan to have my Volvo serviced here.”
“I experienced Coleman Freemen differently. I was a damsel in distress on the road in front of the establishment. Austin noticed my car not moving through several light changes, and inquired if I was ok. He came to my car and I explained the situation of the engine continuously racing. He suggested I move off the street and pull into his lot. With difficulty I was able to, and I stopped just at the entrance as I was terrified the car would propel into one of his vehicles. He and two of his customers then pushed my car in neutral further into the lot, off to the side, as I made several calls and waited for my husband. He offered water and further assistance if needed. When I called my insurance company for towing information, they asked where I was. When I stated the location, she immediately said Austin’s name and that he was a great guy, as she had many dealings with him. This was my first dealings with Austin, and I was totally impressed with the human side of concern and kindness. My husband & I were both very thankful & grateful. If I am ever in the need for a used car, his business is where I will go first. And of course, I will recommend him to others based on how he treated me without a sale.”
