“This is your mechanic!! Stopped in without an appointment and they were able to accurately diagnose the problem with my truck and were able to get me in the next day to fix it. The dealership wanted to charge me over $3k to fix the issue. A&T only charged me a 1/5 of that. They do not try to up charge you or tell you that you need something fixed that’s not broken. Prices are really reasonable for labor. Customer service from the time I walked in , to the time I left, was outstanding and the communication was excellent. My mechanic was really knowledgeable and took really good care of my truck. If I ever need a mechanic again, this is the first and only place I’d go to.”

“I should have been told upfront there would be a charge for adjusting a small bolt a couple of turns on my rear brake pedal since the technician said it would only take a couple of minutes to achieve the outcome I was looking for.

“General auto repair is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is so accommodating! Easy to get an appointment.
Patient, caring listens to my concerns. At an appointment they will come and explain if there are other concerns that have to be addressed .
When I went on a trip I was told that if I had any problems, call them and they would walk me through a solution.
They comminicate with the car dealerships if needed.
Kudos to Brian, Jeffrey and Jeff who man the front desk and the entire mechanic team!
I would highly recommend and have recommended General automotive repair to anyone looking for a friendly honest repair shop!

“Lifesaver! Yesterday (Saturday) higher up the mountain my tire started going flat. I pulled in hoping to find air to get me in to Hendo. No auto/tire service open but a friendly woman staffing the store pulled out a Plug-in air pump from her own car and made sure my tire was fully inflated before she would let me touch a thing. And she repeatedly refused the cash I tried to give her! I’ve driven by this place dozens of times. But now I will stop and shop!”

“I can't say enough of good things about the service of Robert at Tony's Auto Repair. I was on my way to work on a Wednesday morning when my Alternator and Battery dead. I bought a new Battery and Alternator of which I put the battery in my car so I could get it to his shop. He tested the Alternator and determined it wasn't charging and stop what he was doing and got right on it. He called me back within 1 hour to pick up my car a 2009 honda accord. “I have used the mechanics here about three times. I chose them because they were close to where I lived and they have been there for approximately 50 years or something like that. I have never had any issue. They always call me before they do any work to give me a price and tell me what's going on. They seem to to get the repairs done relatively quickly and I can't really complain about the price. I think they're in line with everybody else and maybe a little cheaper than some. No complaints. Will certainly use them again.”
