“Ordered new tires for my pickup truck online and had one of the better tire install experiences since the last I could remember. I dropped the truck off at my scheduled appointment time and they finished within an hour.
What really set the service apart was when I picked the truck up - the rep I spoke with, Jeff explained how they reprogrammed the tpms system since my larger than stock tires on my pickup run lower than normal pressure. He also explained how he placed a sticker on the door jamb showing the ideal pressure. This was above and beyond service. Upon inspecting my tires I was happy to see that they had no issues (scuffing, scratched rims, etc).

“Sam's club is still a good deal. Some of the deals aren't as good unless you're buying a enormous amount but the rest is a significant savings. We make a monthly trip for household items and meats, then buy extras as needed or great deals.”

It's not a bad place because you "just moved here and like Costco better" (do us all a favor and move back). Get a grip people. You are not the only ones on the planet. This Sam's club and its employees are great compared to other places.”
