I had 100 gallon tank at my house and they decided to bring me a 50 gallon tank with a broken gauge. I’m supposed to be on auto fill but here we are at the end of December and I haven’t had my first service this season. Their customer service sucks! They don’t even answer their phones. Called over 2 weeks ago to get a refill, tank was at 30 percent. Now below 10 percent on a Saturday. Hope we make it till Monday to call again.
