“DEFINITELY recommend!! We went to get a refrigerator and a oven. First off, I realized I would get there 5 minutes to closing, so I gave them a call. They stayed open for me!We then got home and plugged in the stove and it was throwing an error code. I called the store and let them know and the next day (not even 24 hours later) they brought me a brand new stove which was even nicer than the one we bought. Super great people and company. Will be using them for anything else I need!!”

“This was the 7th place I had visited, and the only people who could help me. My center handle of my shower/tub was leaking 50/50 through the tub and shower. From a quick Google search and disassembly, I determined I needed a new diverter valve cartridge. The general consensus both online and in 6 different locally-owned and big-box hardware stores was that it would be absolutely impossible to find the exact cartridge I needed because there were so many brands and never any part numbers printed on them.The associate at Ferguson’s immediately recognized the part, and helped me order the exact part through Amazon for $7 to be delivered to my house. Wished I had gone to them first rather than talk to lots of people who were not plumbing specialists and lots of parts that did not fit.Thank you again, Ferguson’s. We would have had to take the whole wall out and replumb the shower if we didn’t find the cartridge.”
