I would give 5 stars if the first people I talked to were the ones I did business with. Instead I go back 3 days later and I get a new person who somehow added 100 dollars extra a month onto my bill. Next time I came in I had an hour wait before anyone could see me. The people I have talked to are very professional and easy to talk with.

I have been going to this store for over 10 years, been with AT&T over 20. Went in the store for a screen protector and a car charger. They didn’t have either! But they did offer me a 6ft cord from my usb to my phone! Who wants 6 feet of cord in the front of their car? Took my business elsewhere!

Frustrating. Had to fight with the NFC to work on the smaller panels. Many games closed the clamps without even dropping down. Quite a bit of money for games that don't work half the time.

So I started at the lenoir store and had issues so I went to the hickory store because it’s suppose to be a corp store. They have done good by me until now. EVERYTIME I add lines or phones they say the price will not change after whatever charges. THEN my next bill it’s almost $300 for TWO PHONE LINES. I’ve got WiFi at two houses and THEY SUCK. the WiFi goes in and out all the time but they don’t care about that either. Honestly I’ll be going to speak to them this weekend but regardless this seems to be a waste of time and energy.

Went to this AT&T store to try and get my phone fixed. They basically told me to take it to the Geek Squad and pushed me out the door. Unfriendly and cold salesmen that don't care about customers or their concerns, only about sales. If i didn't have the service in the mountains that I have, I would change over to Verizon!

Very disappointed today. I bought the new iPhone 15 pro max about 4 months ago and I got the lifetime warranty screen protector. At the time they said “anytime it breaks bring it back and we fix it for $10”. So I went in today and the guy at this location gave me some song and dance about having the right item number. If he didn’t have the right item number I could always file a claim with the warranty online. Of course he didn’t have the right item number. So tons of screen protectors available but not the right item number? I left very angry. Luckily a nice person at the AT&T Conover location helped me without any mention of looking at an item number. It was absolutely not a problem for her. Alls well that ends well but AT&T on 70 needs to do better.

Stopped by to have my fix Apple Watch this past Saturday because it wasn’t working with my cell and Myles was wonderful! He was so kind, professional, and way more patient than I was. The floor was busy when I got there but the whole team was acknowledging and taking care of everyone that walked in and that called. Huge thank you to Myles for making my experience there a great one!
