Seems as if everyone in this bank came from food lion none of them know what they’re doing can’t deposit money where you tell them if they tried and no help on issues just send you straight to the automated line after they realize they can’t answer your questions

went to this branch to speak with the manager regarding a matter of my mortgage. There was only one person before me. I heard the noisy laugh and loud laugh. I looked through the glass of the manager's office and they weren't filling out papers or typing on the computer. I looked again and it seemed like two best friends laughing out loud. 40 minutes later I couldn't stand it and I had to go to another branch (Newton) and the manager there attended to me quickly even though she was busy. Super professional.

Service is not what you get here, the ppl are rude and one will be on the phone and you will stand in line for 30 min are more Truist needs to evaluate this office

Awful experience at this branch. Went to deposit cash to pay my rent. Waited in line for 20 min for the ATM that wouldn’t allow deposits?!? The ATM was at the bank and they can’t keep it in working order? So then I go inside where there is a line of 8 people. There’s three people behind the counter. One is chatting on the phone, the other is scrolling on a computer, and one is helping customers. I stood in line for 20 min and it didn’t move so I left. It’s pathetic that BB&T and Suntrust merge, close half their stores so there’s way less options, yet keep this incompetent branch open. Awful customer service both as a company and as a branch. Will not return to this branch and will be looking to transfer to a better bank. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

I work in the plaza near this bank and our business unfortunately uses this bank . Dont understand why they can’t do change through the drive thru especially since there was not any cars behind me waiting at 9am on a Saturday morning . Not a fan of the new lady with the red hair and glasses .

Went to withdraw monies to pay for rent. First told me I didn't have the funds and then after I told them that they have pulled my funds they told me to come in. Been waiting for over 30 mins for a simple transaction

Truist is a great bank, please explore how Wells Fargo makes mobile deposits easy. Mobile deposits need to be simplified, not so busy...thank you.

Sorriest service around. I was at 3 truist branches and they are all closed today (Tues). Sign posted on the door says temporarily closed. Yesterday was MLK,closed, day before was Sunday. No sign of when they will reopen. I do NOT recommended this bank.
