This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Antoinette and the front desk associate were both extremely friendly and helpful.

The branch leader is very nice and friendly but this bank is ridiculously understaffed. There were two people working the lobby line and the drive through and I was one of 7 waiting in the lobby. It’s not the workers fault- it just does not make sense that they do not have more people here ( especially at lunch) do better... read full comment

Would have to hold a check for a week before cashing it, when even Walmart snd gas stations can verify checks same day. Screams of antiquated, and dated methods of operation.
