Budget must have the worst customer service in the industry. Receiving a $234 late fee for returning my car to the wrong location is ridiculous. The address they provided me was wrong so therefor my drop-off location was incorrect. Do Better Budget!

Do not book here!!!!! They wouldn't stay 9 mins pasted 12:00pm so we could pick up our rental. They REFUSED to help us. Refused. Terrible customer service will never use budget again.

Easy rental car pickup and when I noticed previous damage to it, the helpful woman behind the counter swapped me into another car & I was on my way. First time driving a hybrid car. I was very happy with the experience and the fuel mileage for my 900 mile trip was 55MPG.
