It truly stood out that a Branch Manager was assisting with call center volume—this speaks volumes about his leadership and willingness to support frontline staff.
From the beginning, Clinton was patient, empathetic, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to fully understand my situation, answer all of my questions, and walk me through potential solutions. What started as a stressful and overwhelming situation quickly turned into one of relief because of his guidance.
He spent over an hour on the phone with me, which I know is well beyond what’s typical, and never once made me feel rushed.
