“I had a pleasant experience. New to the area, just opened an account a few days ago.. today I Called a different branch to ask for specific bills. The man said they didn’t have them. My grandfather being a former bank president said this is something they can order. I have ordered from my former bank prior as well so I know it can be done. To this mans assurance the $2 couldn’t be ordered and they were unavailable … which is when I called this branch instead. The gal who answered the phone was pleasant also she confirmed they do have them AND they can always be ordered also. THANK u, I’ll be taking my business to this branch.”

I called the Call Center needing assistance with a complex financial situation that was taking an emotional toll on me, and I was fortunate to be connected with Clinton. It truly stood out that a Branch Manager was assisting with call center volume—this speaks volumes about his leadership and willingness to support frontline staff.
From the beginning, Clinton was patient, empathetic, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to fully understand my situation, answer all of my questions, and walk me through potential solutions. What started as a stressful and overwhelming situation quickly turned into one of relief because of his guidance.
He spent over an hour on the phone with me, which I know is well beyond what’s typical, and never once made me feel rushed. His knowledge and dedication were evident, and he even went the extra mile by collaborating with other team members across the organization, including leadership, to ensure I had the best possible outcome.

Before I left, he made sure I had written down clear instructions, gave me his business card, and even followed up with a phone call the next day. This level of personalized, proactive service truly sets this bank apart. I highly recommend this branch!”
“This is an "okay" branch. I prefer to go to the one on 70 but when I am in Mtn. View I make a stop here. There is a different teller each time I go to the drive thru. I don't bank here but I take deposits for others. They won't allow you to make payments for someone else even though you have their card. Some are friendly and some take a really long time. Depends on the day.”
“This review is for Gloria, who ALWAYS makes something as simple as stopping by the bank a pleasant and memorable experience. She is very kind and you can tell she enjoys doing her job and helping people. You don't get this kind of service everywhere which is unfortunate. Sometimes it's smallest gestures, and the shortest interactions that can make a person's day or week so much better. I hope this company treats her well. I have had only great customer service and uncomplicated transactions with the tellers at this location and the one in Granite Falls. I appreciate being warmly greeted as I stepped inside the door, although I know this purpose is for security as well as customer service.
The tellers have been respectful, professional, courteous, and friendly!

“Let’s keep in consideration that Branch Managers and Staff change all the time, so past experiences posted may not reflect the current Staff. Ever since my wife left teaching at a Christian School and began teaching for the State of NC, we naturally joined the SECU in Mt. View. We cannot speak highly enough of Jared Ramsey and the staff at this Branch. Have all of our dealings with them gone smoothly? Of course not, but when you have built relationships, those times are manageable. I highly recommend this Branch! 09.21.2021”

“The main reason I continue banking with you guys is because of this branch. I recently moved to the area, and honestly, it’s frustrating that this is the only branch nearby and that there are no additional ATMs in other parts of town. The level of access here is nothing like what we had in CA. That said, the experience inside this branch completely changes things. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do, which creates a great atmosphere for customers. I had the opportunity to meet the branch manager, Jose, and he stands out every single time I visit since I moved here. He greets me with a big smile, high energy, and makes the experience feel personal like banking in a small hometown branch. He’s professional, sharp, has a great sense of humor, and most importantly, he takes the time to connect. He even asked what he could do to ensure I keep my accounts and earn my continued business. On top of that, he spoke highly of his entire team, mentioning them by name and showing real pride in them. Because of people like him and the rest of the staff, I’ll continue coming to this branch. Now, the only thing missing is better support from boa whether that means opening another branch or adding more ATMs in the area. This team is doing an excellent job, but the branch seems short staffed and always busy. They just need to infrastructure to match it. The branch is representing their brand perfectly, but boa is failing them and its clients.”

Teller Jennifer was happy, cheerful and efficient processing the deposit. We got our RV hung up in their driveway and Lenzi was very helpful and accommodating, even inviting us to sit inside while we waited for Roadside Assistance!”
