Came to Firestone at 9:25am saw that there were plenty of people inside the building. Thought that they would come and greet me and see what I need, 10 minutes later everyone just walking around talking doing absolutely nothing except for one guy looked young had glasses.

This place is a joke. I brought a $100,000 jeep there they scratched all my parts and left all my adjustment clamps loose after doing a wheel alignment And two ball joints they left completely cocked that should’ve been straight if they didn’t know how to do the work they should’ve just left it alone. Do not bring your vehicle here biggest bunch of incompetence I’ve ever seen.

Made an appointment for 1pm to simply have a tire checked. Didn’t get into a bay until 130. They decided to change oil in truck, which was not requested. And, they ran out of oil! It’s now 230 and still sitting here. Of course I have tons to do with my property in western nc completely destroyed. Manager is awful and totally is taking advantage of the situation. NEVER use this place!

LOST MY REGISTRATION!!! They said they either gave it to someone else or it blew away in the wind. They literally did not care at all and told me I'd have to order a new one anyway so it didn't matter.

I had a horrible experience idk why I didn't just turn around from the start this guy was so dry, and short with me he didn't offer any help or ask me did I have any questions about my tires he tried to overcharge me soon as I came in for a disposable fee after he clearly heard my husband say over the phone he was coming to pick up the tires this man said oh well you need to get them now we about to close which was a lie cars was still coming in also he had his mechanics put the tires in my backseat😡 I was in a ghosty lobby for hours with nobody in it this man went on to play on his phone and brush through his beard with his hands and pluck his beard he didn't even want to give me a receipt for paying for my tires he acted like my presence bothered him when I never even been to this store .if I could give O stars I would this place has no friendly staff no hospitality refreshments nothing but a money yanking dry salesman you will not get no booklet or anything about your car or NOTHING!!! It's crazy I wouldn't recommend nobody here then soon after I got the tires I had glue spray texture all around the rim it was a sure enough messy job and my traction light came on soon as I left out the lot! Talking About Livid ???

While I had an appointment only for an oil change I was told there was time for other items I wanted done. Then I needed a break for an errand and the store accommodated my needs and then resumed once I returned.

Took in company truck for an oil change, tire rotation and windshield wiper replacement and was told it would take around 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. We went for lunch and got a call that the truck was ready in 1 1/2 hrs. They were on time which was fantastic. The counter service was great. All of our questions were answered even for our personal vehicle got estimate for work needed was told they have a firestone credit card if we are in need, which we will apply when we bring in our personal vehicle. Thanks for all the help. We will be back and recommend your services to others.

Had a great experience here. We had a tire with a puncture - on a Sunday. Argh! Staff was very professional and polite. Jimmy Sweet, the manager, was especially kind and helpful. Had us back on the road to our vacation in an hour. Excellent work! Thank you!
