“I accompanied my sister while getting my niece's ear pierced, she is about to be 10 months old. The amount of knowledge and professionalism displayed by Cass and Paige can not be said in words but I am gonna take my best shot! My sister being a first time mother was very nervous to get them pierced. She had initial wanted to do it on a whim last week when I was visiting and decided to wait until her partner, my niece's father could join in. They were able to schedule her an appointment for a week from the day and told her she would be able to do it all then. Fast forward to yesterday, we were running a little behind and arrived 5 minutes after the appointment. My niece being sleepy, and being delayed in her.mid day nap was already was quite active and moving around but was displaying her normal mild manner temperament. After going through all of the details of the piercing procedure and picking out the jewelry, she only paid $150.00 including the donation to St. Jude, (which i love.that they do) we then moved behind the counter where Cass began to prep my niece's ears and after the first attempt at doting her lobes, Cass had me and my sister look to to see which lobe placement we like more. We agreed that we liked the right lobe more than the left with it being more centered. She fixed the left lobe having us ensure.that we liked the placement of them both. Together Cass and Paige pieced her lobes at.the same time, and she maybe cried for 45 seconds to a minute, as we all cheered her on with how well she had done! When they gave her a lollipop, (cherry) she wasn't a fan. It was a dum-dum, I suggested they give her butterscotch! She loved it so much they gave her 3! It has now been 24 hours! No swelling, no irritation and she is happy as a clam, as we all are! Thank you ladies so much! The full circle moment for me, was 22 years ago, we had gotten her mother's ears done at the exact same space! They are a time capsule of Valley Hills Mall! Thank you so much!”

“I took my wife's ring to get it sized and to replace a missing diamond. They told me it would take around one week and actually the work was completed in 5 days. They did an amazing job and you can't even tell it was resized! They kept the ring locked safely and the pick up process was quick. The staff have always been nice every time we have come into the store. I purchased a carbon fiber wedding band there last year as well. Very high quality work! My wife is so happy to be able to wear her beautiful ring again.”
