“Great experience buying a king mattress from Mattress Warehouse on Hwy 70 in Hickory. Michael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find the right one. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this store and Michael specifically!”
“I had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm! Sabrina and Roman were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making the process smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Highly recommend this store and their exceptional team!”
“Great customer service and the best deals around! Doreen was very friendly and really easy to work with! Would highly recommend checking out the Hickory Mattress Outlet next time you are in the market!”
“What a wonderful place with wonderful staff! Charlotte and Michael are knowledgeable and patient and treat you as if you're a long lost friend. They answered any questions I had - let me try out many different pillows until they were sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I was recommended to go see them from my chiropractor in order to get a better pillow to help align my neck and back because how much he loves their pillows and mattresses. I will also be recommending this place to others! So glad I heard about it!”

“I have been sleeping great on OMF mattresses for over 10 years! No pushy salesmen, no gimmicks, no high pressure sales - just great quality products and a straightforward sales process in a clean, neat showroom. Went in recently to upgrade to a larger size, Landon was very knowledgeable and helpful and delivery was on-time, fast, and easy. You won't be disappointed!”
“Bradley was excellent. He ensured that we purchased the mattress that was best for us. The delivery and set up technicians Julio and Fernando were on time, professional, helpful with downloading the app and explaining operating the remote. We were very pleased and impressed with our experience from purchase to setup of our bed.”
“Brian was very helpful yesterday 8/18/2926 I looked around the store he greeted me upon entering saying hello and I told him what I was looking for. Which was a blue mod sectional with performance fabric. He directed me to exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions thoroughly. He saved me time and money. And I was able to get the exact configuration I wanted for my space.”
“I can't say enough good things about Brandy and the team at In Your Home Furnishings. When a family member was moving into Kingston Residence nearby, they came highly recommended. Since they have furnished rooms there many times before, they knew the layout perfectly and helped us choose furniture that fit the space well. Everything was delivered the very next day, and their prices were significantly better than any of the other stores we visited. I highly recommend them!”
