“Today I walked into Hot Topic for the first time with my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of Satanic imagery, organized store and kind employees! She originally was NOT allowed in this store, but after my lovely interaction with the nice cashier, and good environment, I think this store is much more appropriate and friendly than Spencers. I do NOT let her in there. I don’t remember the name of the Cashier I spoke to but she was very helpful, and had short blonde hair. Will be visiting again. 5 Stars.”
“The store was clean and easy to navigate, which I especially appreciated while shopping with a toddler who tends to pick things up off the floor and put them in their mouth. Cleanliness really matters to me, and this location did a great job.
The checkout associate, Janice, was also extremely helpful. She made sure I could access my Sephora rewards through my email instead of my phone number, which made the process much easier. In fact, she was so helpful that I was motivated to complete this survey—something I don’t usually take the time to do.”

“During my return process with DBF they messaged so I was informed on what was happening during the whole process. I purchased 2 sweaters, 2 shirts and one polo so far. All products are high quality and very soft! Regarding shrinking, no problem with the v-neck sweater. I have no reason to buy cloths from any where else.”

“Absolutely loved this clothing store. It's the first time I've ever been to Old Navy and all the toddler clothes were 50% off so I was very pleased considering school starts this coming week. My toddler is extremely picky with what she wears and I can say she absolutely loved every single one of her outfits she picked out and is very excited to wear them for kindergarten!”
“All the risque tshirts (some with the actual F word and hooray for freedom of speech) and glassware and blacklight stuff you can imagine and more. Lots of jewelry for piercings in various places. Coffee mugs with the same messages and some in cheeky shapes because who wouldn't want to drink their morning brew out of a cup shaped like boobs (not me, actually). Pretty consistent with other Spencer's I've seen. The store was tidy. The sales associates were helping and not ignoring the customers. “I visited there today looking for a new concealer! I cannot recommend who helped me enough and I wish I would’ve gotten his name! He had an awesome personality. He was honest with me when I questioned What color to get for my blushes and even recommended me some of his holy grail Products. The girl that was also in the store with him was super bubbly and sweet. It just seemed like a great environment, and I felt welcomed. They need a raise!”
