“The store was clean and easy to navigate, which I especially appreciated while shopping with a toddler who tends to pick things up off the floor and put them in their mouth. Cleanliness really matters to me, and this location did a great job.
The checkout associate, Janice, was also extremely helpful. She made sure I could access my Sephora rewards through my email instead of my phone number, which made the process much easier. In fact, she was so helpful that I was motivated to complete this survey—something I don’t usually take the time to do.”

“Absolutely loved this clothing store. It's the first time I've ever been to Old Navy and all the toddler clothes were 50% off so I was very pleased considering school starts this coming week. My toddler is extremely picky with what she wears and I can say she absolutely loved every single one of her outfits she picked out and is very excited to wear them for kindergarten!”

“All the risque tshirts (some with the actual F word and hooray for freedom of speech) and glassware and blacklight stuff you can imagine and more. Lots of jewelry for piercings in various places. Coffee mugs with the same messages and some in cheeky shapes because who wouldn't want to drink their morning brew out of a cup shaped like boobs (not me, actually). Pretty consistent with other Spencer's I've seen. The store was tidy. The sales associates were helping and not ignoring the customers. “I had a great experience while here. I was assisted quickly when I asked for assistance finding a new product release and treated very well. I will definitely return to this store. They had a lot of items I was looking for as well as some I didnt need but got anyways. I do wish the Sephora in Kohls would carry Gucci so I could swatch the colors before purchasing, but I'll just get a few and decide which is best later. I can say I finally found my new favorite store in the area. The service was quick and the customer service was top notch. I'll definitely be back soon to shop.”

“We went in earlier today and my autistic little sister decided she was going to play hide and seek while I looked at a necklace, she doesn’t respond to people calling her name so I started panicking but knew she was in the store because I had been right at the door. I asked a woman at the register if she had seen her and that I couldn’t find her, and without hesitation or judgment she began helping me look and had another employee watch the door so she didn’t leave. My mom came into the store couple minutes after and found her immediately (mom intuition knew where she would be hiding) and found her in the dresses. My point is, not only are the prices here amazing, but the staff is kind, caring, and takes their job and safety seriously. I’m not sure who the woman was, but she had straight long brown hair and was amazing. Thank you guys so much!”

“Keegan was absolutely amazing and provided outstanding customer service. I came into the store honestly having no idea what I was doing or what to expect while getting fitted and ordering my wedding suit. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had.
He even stayed past the end of his shift to make sure all of my measurements were accurate and that everything was perfect. Kaleb also helped throughout the process and was great to work with as well.
If you’re planning to get a suit here, I highly recommend asking for Keegan or Kaleb. They made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. 10/10 experience—I couldn’t have asked for better service.”
