I love Michael's! There are so few of them compared to their competitors but they always have unique items and what I am looking for. Wish there were more of them!

Helpful, knowledge, and friendly staff who can guide you to what you need.Large, clean store with many different craft offerings.Although limited, best leather working section in the area.

I was picking up an order placed by someone else. After checking in I waited about ten minutes. When no one came out I walked in and was helped. I'm not sure if they didn't get notification since I was a different person than who placed the order. Still, a 5 star interaction.
