Staff argumentive. Order balloons for kids birthday. Go to pick.them up and only 1 big one blown up. That's just great. How when it's clearly a birthday do you have to ask for balloons to be blown up. But we will gladly.sell you a $50 helium tank. No thank you.Won't be shopping there.

Self serve kiosks are not user friendly at all. Was second in line and told by the register attendant to use the kiosk. I did, the scanner is very sensitive and scanned an item twice, you can’t delete the item without the attendant code. While I was waiting, 3 people passed me in line and were rung up by the attendant. Was also told I could use a gift card, kiosk would not allow it. You have to manually type in coupon codes which are 20-30 numbers long. Eventually said forget it and left kiosk to get rung up by attendant, by then there were two more people in front of me. Transaction that should have taken 5 minutes turned into 15.

The store was very clean, organized and the young lady that checked us out was very sweet. Definitely check them out for all your crafting needs!! Ohh and they have a super cute $5 and below section!
