Overall we had a great experience with purchasing our new Volvo. Jesus was excellent. He sent us pictures and videos of the vehicle before we made the 2 hour drive from Greenville. Communication was great and the process was fast and easy. Thanks again Jesus for a great experience. I can say with confidence that this was the best car buying experience I have had.

My experience at Paramount Volvo has been exceptional and exceeded all of my expectations. The sales team was wonderful, especially Andrea Taylor. She helped me from start to finish when I was searching for my next vehicle to the final purchase. I have been buying cars from Paramount Volvo for at least 10 years and have always had a good experience but my most recent purchase of a 2023 Volvo XC60 B5 was exceptional. I never felt rushed or pressured. More like pampered which is not a word usually associated with car buying! They have a great team there and I will continue to visit them when I am ready to buy my next car!

We first encountered Zach through an internet inquiry for THE perfect Volvo for us. It is truly a one of a kind vehicle. At first, I didn't know it was at a Volvo dealership and would be eligible for Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) status. I found the vehicle through a Google search that landed me on the CarFax website and it was showing up as inventory at a Kia dealership about 4 hours from our home. I sent the inquiry anyway with the understanding that CPO was probably off the table and the remaining warranty coverage was all that remained. The very next morning, I received a phone call and an email from Zach at Paramount Volvo (yay! It would be CPO eligible!) who spoke to us about the vehicle and answered ALL our questions. Being 4 hours away, we were not able to easily come see the vehicle in person to evaluate its condition. No problem for Zach! He sent many photos in addition to the ones already posted online. He additionally created 2 video presentations of the vehicle inside and out. It was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. He was also able to facilitate valuing our trade-in through VIN and video that we shot and sent to him.He sent us a link to begin the financing application and followed up after hours to see if we had any questions. The following day we had numbers and they even increased the trade-in allowance to match a local offer we had in hand.We all agreed on a deal a set off on our road trip adventure to pick up our new Volvo. To vehicle was everything we'd expected based on photos and video and we were very excited. It was a busy day at the Dealership, but we were in and out in about 2 hours to head back home. The entire process was hassle free and painless. A big thank you to Zach and Patrick for getting us into our dream Volvo! I can highly recommend this Team!

They are seriously fantastic! Best price on a new vehicle and best price on my trade-in, and it wasn’t even close. Zach was nothing short of amazing to work with and Patrick made the financing a breeze. I live over an hour away and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to drive and buy at Paramount. I give Jesus props, even though he is new to Volvo. It was evident he was new, but he was likable, friendly, and he tried to please. We already knew what we wanted.Also when we brought the car back to get the app installed or set up, I gave my key fob in a plastic bag, and when I got it back it was wrapped up in steering wheel wrap/cover. I asked why they took my key out and he could not explain. I told him I have another fob that I use but they didn’t ask for it…odd. Also there were some light scratches on the vehicle when I brought it back, but I buffed them out when I got home.Overall this was our first purchase of a Volvo in Hickory out of 4 times previously. We are pleased for the most part.

After experiencing an extremely disappointing situation with a BMW dealership in Charlotte, NC, I was car hunting again. I ended up researching Volvo vehicles as they were typically rated tops in each of their classes, and they are highly recommended. So, I looked at inventory on the VolvoCars.com website, and I ended up connecting with Andrea Rhyder with Paramount Porsche Volvo VW through the Volvo Customer Care. It started as an interest in the 2022 Volvo XC60 as I started with a color that I liked. Andrea responded with more information, specs, and photos of the one that I was initially interested in. She also provided some other options of Volvo XC60 and XC90s with varying packages and options. With her assistance, I ended up steering away from the initial vehicle that I was interested in, and I ended up looking at a XC60 Inscription and a XC90 Momentum similarly priced after Andrea had provided to me information on 2, XC60 and 2, XC90 so that I could do side by side comparisons of models, packages, and options. Andrea provided pictures to me, via text message, of the differences between the XC60 and the XC90 from vehicles in the showroom. She was also able to locate the XC90 which recently arrived on the lot. She took several pictures of the XC90 and forwarded them to me on my cell phone. She really spent the time answering questions of mine as I was getting down to final, two selections. I had more questions that I wanted to actually speak to her about, and she even took my call after work hours in her vehicle so that she and I could work through the merits, pros, and cons of each one in my effort to select the one that I wanted to purchase. After speaking with her for almost 30-minutes, she and I understood that I was landing on the same vehicle over and over with my though process. As such, I ended up selecting the 2022 XC90 Momentum. This was going to be a cash deal after having already sold my previous car, so we were able to reserve the vehicle for me that night, 11 April 2022. The next morning, she and I were in contact to make final arrangements for purchasing the vehicle remotely. She even started planning to have my vehicle delivered to my personal residence at no charge to me. She worked through my schedule which had some business commitments. I ended speaking with their finance manager to arrange final, out-the-door numbers and how the cashier's check was to addressed. With cashier's check in hand, my vehicle was delivered to me with the paperwork that I needed to sign after inspecting the vehicle first. It arrived to me in great condition but with just a few more miles on it. I took pictures for Andrea including a pictures of the XC90 for Andrea upon her request as well the picture of the cashier's check that was being sent back with her team that delivered the car to me. Andrea also took the time with me to Activate my Volvo ID and to program one of my FOBs to me as well as programming the second FOB to act like a regular FOB not a valet FOB which is how they are typically assigned. So has offered to walk me through the vehicle via video which I intend to do here soon as I still need some guidance on some of the features. This is what customer service was intended to be even during these crazy, historic days. Thank you Andrea for giving to me the experience of a luxury vehicle purchase as it is my first ever vehicle to purchase in the class.

I've been servicing a 2002 s80 for the past 6 years here and purchased a used 2015 s60 from Paramount about three years ago also. A deer took our mint condition s80 out of our household last month and thankfully the new 2022 XC60 fit the hard to find specs we were after. Andrea Rhyder made it easier for us to choose with her detailed knowledge of the vehicles. In a time with limited inventory, we had the right timing .. we look forward to the great service here and safety of our vehicles for many more years to come. Along with Valerie Rorie in service, it's a winning combination.

The sales staff at Paramount was very professional and we couldn't be happier with our 2022 Volvo s60. ! I highly recommend Mateo and Parker in the sales department. And, the service dept. and parts people have always been awesome! (We have 3 Volvo's and have worked with the service department for oil changes and even getting a spare key). Katherine is also amazing and very attentive whenever you call there.
