I had been calling absolutely everywhere looking for anywhere to make my sons prescription a few days after hurricane helene hit WNC, and they were the only ones to not only make it for us, but give it to us at no cost. I can’t remember the pharmacists name, but she is an absolute angel. She was a beacon of hope for me in such a tough time.”

Nathan has several times talked to me about the drugs I was prescribed and different options to talk to.my Dr about etc. I would never get this kind of help and service from a chain drug store. To me it's worth it to get this kind of service instead of trying to save a couple bucks.”

“I recently moved back to Catawba county and wound up with food poisoning, which I had to visit the hospital. The Dr. called a prescription to local pharmacy. That pharmacy (Walgreens) was only able to partially fill my prescription. They aparrently did not see fit to get around to ordering the rest my medicine, and for some reason couldnt have my prescription sent to another Walgreens, which I had to call to see if they even had the medicine.
So I call this Wal-Mart location and spoke to the pharmacist about getting my prescription transferred to them. This was 9:00am 9-18-25. I told him I have to take 4 a day for 7 more days could he try and get it by 11, because I had got the partial on Monday. BAM 10:07 am the pharmacist Cesar Gesundheit, at Wal-Mart calls me and tells me its ready!! I cannot thank that man enough for going above and beyond to accommodate me. I wish I could give them 10 stars. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!”
“Recently joined the club. I have made several trips in such a short time, LOL. There are so many deals and fun stuff to be had. Gas prices are much better than a regular gas station too. So, from the friendly lady that signed me up, the jewelry lady (TY), to the gentlemen preparing the delicious roasted chicken then all way to the Snack bar. Great staff and service! “My in-store experiences have generally been positive. I will say the pharmacy is oftentimes out of a medication that I need. I have not been treated rudely, though. I have had to come back for a medication the pharmacy is out of that I am also out of and one which I am required by my Doctor to take EVERY DAY. Missing a dose for even one day causes me at least discomfort if not pain. It seems to me, there should be some internal computerized system which predicts when a regular customer, like me, will need a refill. Therefore, why should any store, especially a pharmacy, not know when a regular customer will need a refill and therefore have the medication in stock? This is the only issue I have with this pharmacy. This pharmacy is not particularly unique concerning this issue, however.
I strongly believe US Doctors over medicate their patients anyway. I am trying to cut back on all the prescriptions I take. It is a battle but I have been able to reduce the meds I take by half (of the prescribed dosage) with no long-term effects so far.”
“Always good, no complaints, only thing that's a little slow is the drive thru, but that's expected, since not all customers are truly ready to get theirs, so the wait line goes a bit slow. Again you still can walk in and see if you can get your prescriptions faster , Or if you just want to wait in your car for 5 mins to ?? mins, In the drive thru, that's up to you? All and all, I would go inside, they have some serious sales going on every day, inside the store. Definitely Worth the wait while shopping.”

“I switched my CVS shopping to this location as the one I usually frequent isn't up to par any longer. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I like the Red coupon machine and it is conveniently located in the store and easy to navigate. They have a large selection of everything you need. One thing I love to buy is the Met RX bars and this location has flavors I haven't seen before. The store is labeled very clearly and you have access to finding everything with ease. This store has now become my main CVS to shop at!!”
