I talked to Michael before I came in asked him a few questions about the pillows. I came in mentioned I called he remembered me and took me right to the product I was looking for. No need to upsell or anything cause there was no other pillows above my choice.

Customer service was awesomeThe $25 removal of mattress and box spring was a little steep but my pa worked the sales guy down to $10 or $15?Salesguy was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the beds. My back feels much and I ❤️ my new sleep number

The employees here are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they are also not pushy salespeople. They can offer you buying options that were wonderful for my purchasing needs.Note: I was nearly unable to walk before buying my sleep number unit. The staff sold me what I needed, and they did not try to sell me more than what I needed. 2 nights on my sleep number, and I was already able to walk 95% better.

I cannot say enough times how pleased my husband and I are with the team at Sleep Number! They are so kind and genuinely want you to find a bed you love, regardless of its price. Adrienne was incredible to work with, and made us feel right at home. She made sure to answer all of our questions and left no grey areas when it came to refunds/returns, when we will receive our items, and how we can receive any assistance in the coming years. We went in just thinking about switching, and wound up making the change the same day!

Customer Service, is the worstI have experienced, after they sell the bed, No one helps with any issues....I'm unable to use any functions with bed, they said he needs a factory reset and will send a remote to do this "two and half months" later still waiting for the remote...P

We did business with Adriane and have nothing but positive things to say! We walked in just to look and get an idea of what we liked and walked out with a new bed! She was very accommodating and patient as we had our 4 year old with us. She was able to really focus on each of us and individualize our experience. Would highly recommend having her to assist you in your search!

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever owned would do anything to have my original sleep number back now I'm stuck with a bed I can't sleep in now sleeping in a hotel believe it or not there bed is more comfortable

This review has a happy beginning and an unhappy ending. Note that I have not received my bed and that it is scheduled for six weeks out. My wife and I received excellent service at the point of sale. Our sales associate Adrienne was winsome and engaging. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We cheerfully purchased the bed, some accessories, and a headboard.Two days later (Monday following a Saturday Purchase) we decided we did not want the headboard and preferred to purchase one someplace else. What I thought would be a simple call turned into a nightmare. Our cheerful salesperson Adrienne told us in no uncertain terms that any purchase of furniture was nonreturnable and noncancellable and that she had no authority whatsoever to make this change. She provided a customer service number.This number reached an automated system with the tired recording of “due to unexpected call volume...” and then a long 30-minute wait. Most people would have hung up by then. Of course, this was not the right number for this problem and I was referred to a customer service agent at headquarters in Minneapolis. This was another 800 number with the same “due to unexpected call volume...” followed by a very long wait and an intransigent customer service agent named Breck, who informed me that in the miasma of pages of obtuse legal language in four-point type, there was a clause that said to the effect, no cancellations with no exceptions. She said she would contact the store to see if I had in fact signed the contract, and that if I didn’t, I could cancel. This obviously was a toothless offer because I would not have received the acknowledgement without having signed the contract.Here is the ultimate irony. The manufacturer does not have the materials to make the headboard and there is a six-week lead time to make and deliver it.Suffice it to say my wife and I are disappointed and unhappy. We invested a considerable amount of time and ~$8,000 in purchases at the store. I probably spent another four hours trying to communicate with customer service to solve the problem. It seems very unreasonable to me that they could not accommodate this simple request.As I noted, it will be six weeks before I receive the bed, so I cannot comment on the relative comfort. I can say did this upset me enough to lose sleep. This is a cautionary tale to anyone who reads this. The “in home trial guarantee” is a hollow offer. The instant you sign the contract you are keeping the base and any upholstered furniture no matter what. Customer service is hard to reach, obdurate and uncompromising and really offers no service at all.I am hoping that sleepnumber will wake up and come to its senses, and resolve this problem so that I can rewrite this review in a more favorable light.

We spent 3 hours in the store picking out our bed. The store manager Adrienne was excellent , patient and thorough. She knows her stuff. My husband has a bad back and we were allowed to try many options. There was not pressure or trying to upsale us. Loved it.
