“When I have a meaningful experience at stores I like to commend where it’s due. I love this consignment shop. The owner is so sweet. The lady that models/works for the store is also so sweet. Anytime I’ve visited I’ve felt more than comfortable. I appreciate being one that is being helped with items and shopping because I personally am not 100% up to par with the latest trends & it’s nice to have opinions on what looks nice! “The owner is great!A bunch of stuff I brought in (112-120 baby and toddler items) went missing. But the owner knew I brought in more than what I got back and the 6 items that were logged in the computer, so, though she had nothing to do with the items being gone (she wasn’t there when I came to pick up and so much was missing), she contacted me and reimbursed me for all of it. And she was honest and had integrity about it. She reached out to me about the missing items and said she remembered the 2 overflowing bins I brought in. She immediately made it right.”
