This location has to be the worst you can visit! The store manager doesn’t answer his phone ever and you’re basically on a speed date seeing all the new faces there when you go in to ask for help. The store manager bold face lied to my husband and i about what our bill would be and what we paid for in the store. We called him and he gave us the run around 3 different times when we finally got an employee willing to put us on the phone with him. i went to the corporate store on hwy 70 and they told me what a joke this store was. They told us everything. They lie lie lie. They have numbers to meet and the store manager is new and apparently doesn’t know anything. If you are upgrading your phone right now don’t bother going here. Just order online and save yourself the trouble. I’ve been trying to get this fixed for 3 months. The best i got was calling 611to speak to someone that barely speaks english and is opening a case to look into what he offered us. The price they tell you to pay getting the phone is high because they lie. They charge you for everything even if the manager says it’s included.

Very deceptive practices. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I went here to upgrade my phones, and while I was there I was told that if I added new lines the iPhone15 was free. I asked about hidden charges and was told there were none. I paid the in-house fees of around $600 and got my receipt emailed to me the next day. After spending over 3 1/2 hours on the phone I was issued $460 credit for overcharged fees. Later I got a bill with my 3 new phones having a payment due each month. Contacted Cellular Services(the 3rd party company that operates this store) and could not get any resolution. I was told that I had to talk direrectly to the store. Talked to the manager who assured me that her representative would never have told me that but she would check on it. I talked to her 2 days later and she said they resolved it and I would see a credit on my bill but it would take up to 3 months, I told her that was fine just to send me an email with that information. I never received it so I called the customer service department and they told me that they would look into it but it would take up to 12 days . I asked what my recourse was if I could not get this resolved and they said I had 2 days to return my phones. I asked about the 3 phones that I traded in and some kind of credit for the $2400 that they gave me for the trade ins and was told that I would have to forfeit the trade ins and I they did not have any kind of appeals process, their decision was final. I contacted Verizon directly and they got it resolved finally. They gave me a total of around $1300 credit that I was overcharged. I was told that since they are a retail company they upcharge from company stores like the one on HWY 70 . So you get the same product but pay more for it. Hopefully people will quit going to this location and it will go out of business because they are giving Verizon a bad reputation.

I had a crazy incident happen where my phone unexpectedly stopped working and had to get a replacement. Tre worked with me through the whole process and was very kind, helpful, and informative. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted with the new phone, and got the best deal. He made the best out of a not so great situation! I would highly recommend this Verizon location and Tre as a representative!

We had some pretty complicated changes to make to our phones and our phone plans. Liza Chester was so incredibly helpful and kind. We appreciated having someone who helped us get thru it…with a sense of humor, to boot! We highly recommend Liza Chester and this store. Excellent experience! ????

I have been with Verizon since it's inception and recently opted to go with not only their cellular service, but Internet as well. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received from them. Recently, I bought a new phone. Had it not been for Jessie, I would've been completely lost about how to set it up. She tirelessly worked her magic concerning each and every question I had and saw each problem through to its end...and my satisfaction! Thank you, Jessie, for being so patient and helpful to this old lady!
