I just had amazing customer service at Verizon located at 10 29th Ave NEHickory, NC 28601. A lovely Verizon rep named Tre Pritchard greeted me kindly as I walked in and he was a gem! I will recommend him to everyone I know who has a Verizon account. He knows how to value customers, a rare quality in this day and age.
