NEED TO FIX THE PAYMENT PORTAL MACHINE., HAD TO WAIT 30 TO 45 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE A CASH PAYMENT, IT'S BEEN DOWN FOR MONTHS, AND EVERY TIME HAD TO WAIT 30 OR MORE MINUTES JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT, NORTH MAIN IN HIGH POINT N.C.CREW ARE THE BEST BUT MAKING A PAYMENT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG...PLEASE GET THIS FIX FOR US THAT HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO!!!

Worst experience ever. Was given the wring phone, was told that we should go to the Apple store. Bad attitude. Whole experience was awful!!!

Niya was absolutely amazing! She got us a great deal on a new line and phone for my son's birthday. She took our list of requirements and found a promotion that met our needs. There was a slight problen getting the phone activated but she handled it efficiently!

I asked questions about my account and said they couldn’t help me and that I have to call customer support. That’s outrageous but if it were a new line they’d surely want to help only when it’s convenient it seems. Customer service should not be like that if you don’t wanna be there then get a different job.

I walked in to ask if they could print my bill and a young guy who works there said they couldn’t. He said they have access to my bill but aren’t able to print it due to customer info but I am the customer so I’m just confused and annoyed. Don’t bother going since they can’t even help doing something so small.

As we were on our way to High Point University we came to the ATT store and had the pleasure to meet Sable. She was so helpful and informative. Help added us to first net. Left with a new phone, iPad and lowered my monthly payment.
She made my family feel comfortable. It wa an absolute pleasure. We will be back here for all of our ATT needs

This could easily be the WORST store I have ever been to. Customer service is terrible, they always have a bad attitude. If you have an issue either the "system is down" or you have to come back .
Good job losing a 10 year customer. I'm going to Verizon.
