Upgraded my phone. Came into the AT&T store on N Main Street in High Point, NC. Zay greeted me within 5 minutes of entering the store. He assisted me with my new phone, getting it switched over and provided the best, professional customer service a person could ask for. Very knowledgeable and kind! Very much appreciated!
