“My dad needed a new mattress and he hadn't been mattress shopping in many years. So, we went to Mattress Warehouse thinking we'd see what they had and get a feel for what he liked, he wasn't sure he was ready to buy. Kaleb was helpful from the moment we walked in the door. He is very knowledge about the mattresses and helped walk us through the showroom floor. He made us feel like he really wanted my dad to get the best sleep of his life. Dad bought a mattress that I'm sure he will be very happy with. This store is great! (I also enjoyed talking with the store manager who was also there today.)”
“Our experience at this furniture store was definitely a 5 star experience! When we first arrived, we entered the store and were greeted by a sweet young girl. We were concerned at first because we did not want to experience the typical sale person experience like you would find at a car dealership. To our surprise, Victoria, although young, was extremely knowledgeable in this field. She allowed us to have our freedom to roam and did follow up for questions on different pieces. We explained that we were shopping for a new home and different rooms. The more we spoke with her we found her knowledge and expertise was inviting and very helpful. She understood exactly what direction we were heading with interior design and was able to lead us to several different options that would work for us. She was able to help us figure out room size and furniture fittings as well. We left feeling so good as we had been struggling to find the right pieces for our new home. This store was wonderful with soo many options but we have to say the time Victoria spent with us and her lovely personality and knowledge made the experience Gold Star! Thank you Victoria!”

“I had a living room suite that i wanted reupholstered, It held great sentimental value. I was given a referral to Steve Shumate, owner of Willow Creek furniture. We met and i was shown a wide array of fabric. We discussed quality of fabrics and how long each would last, we discussed his upholsterers, sewers, even how the frame will be stabilized. I learned quite a bit. He was honest in the fact that he told me unless it held sentimental value that it would be best to replace the suite. He even asked how long did i expect it to last so as to price and build accordingly. I told him i wanted his best. I was not disappointed. I could not be more satisfied”
“If you have an 0800 am delivery, don’t come early. The gate is closed and you have nowhere to turn around or even pull over. In my case it was still locked at 0730. If it’s locked, keep going on Prospect southwest ( Adams will be on you left ) for about 1 1/2 mile and there will be a dirt lot on the left at the bottom ( pass some kind of storage place ) where you can turn around. The road is narrow and a bit winding.”
“This store has just about every style of furnishings you can think of! LR, BR, DR, benches, statues, lamps, fireplaces, cabinets.... They have you covered! And the sales staff doesn't trail you and keep 'checking in' but are available if you want them. We were idea shopping but would not hesitate to purchase here.”

“My husband and I took a trip to High Point on the hunt for some new furniture and were taken by all of the beautiful contemporary pieces we found on Baker Furniture's website. Baker's aesthetic is exactly what we were looking for and their showroom is beautiful. We understood from the get-go that Baker is a luxury / high-end store.Unfortunately, upon arriving I quickly got a little bit of a Pretty Woman saleswoman-vibe when we first arrived. It wasn't clear on their website that they operate by appointment-only, so the woman who greeted us at the door (which is locked) kind of gave us a once-over before allowing us to peruse the showroom (there wasn't anybody else there when we visited.)Aside from that rocky start, I have to say that the pieces definitely held up to my expectations in person. They have a very clean aesthetic and the showroom is beautifully staged. We didn't end up purchasing anything on the spot but I took many, many photos of pieces that I wanted my husband and I to talk about and consider further.If clean, contemporary furniture on the higher-end side is what you're looking for, definitely give Baker a shot. Just make an appointment! :)”

“Jalen was very courteous, knowledgeable , customer focused and professional as he listened to what I needed. . He was able to answer all my questions and encouraged me to take my time as he shared information about the different products that I wanted. I felt that he really wanted me find the mattress that was just right for me and within the price range that I had mentioned. He was such a caring young man that it didn’t even bother me to spend a few more dollars when he asked me to consider the features of a set that was a little more than my set budget. I took his recommendation because I believed he really was very genuine in wanting me to have the best that I could afford and most of all I didnt feel pressured to make a quick decision nor was I approached in an overly aggressive manner. I will certainly refer others to ask for Jalen Spellman who is the most courteous customer focused salesman I know!”
