Anna was extremely helpful in sending my ring off that had a loose stone and checking my other rings purchased at Kay's. She was also helpful looking at an amythest ring i loved. I will show it to my husband.

We had an issue with a ring purchased but the customer service to replace the ring was phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who work at this store. They went above and beyond!
