Unfortunately, we only had time to come in on a Saturday right before closing but Gary and his team stayed late without hesitation to help us design the ring. He also educated us on the different metals and diamond cuts which was super helpful. We ended up finalizing the ring that very evening! The entire process only took a few weeks and we were able to have the ring by Christmas. The final product far surpassed my expectations and I could not be happier. Gary is one of the most kind and genuine business owners I’ve ever met. He takes great pride in his products and customer satisfaction. I can’t say enough good things about this jeweler. I’m still very much in the grieving process and he was so kind and patient. I’ve wanted to sell some things before but didn’t trust anyone. While he was evaluating things, we got know each other a little. The level of care and customer service is so rare in today’s world. If you have gold/silver jewelry, broken or wearable, that you don’t mind giving up, you would be surprised at how much it may be worth. I sure was!
