Everyone with Lumos from my call as a new customer down to the installer have been wonderful. Great customer service and I get to talk to an actual person. We're so happy to escape Spectrum!

Joshua, my installer was very polite and patient while installing my internet. He even removed his boots at the front door so as not to get mud on my carpet! He was very informative on how to navigate the app. I am very pleased with my service!

Chris Sams was our installer! He was so professional , even before he left to come , he texted me to let me know , he has Superior customer service , was respectful of our home ( put everything he moved Right back where it was ! ) and when he was inside , our Beagle (who usually barks constantly) laid down watched him and fell asleep ! Fast installation , half of what I was paying for slow wifi , I could go on and on !! I am so excited to have this internet service !! Thank you !!! ? Happy Customer !!!

I am posting this review from my Verizon data plan connection.My Internet was turned on Monday March 4, I tried connecting my fire stick that evening and had no Internet connection.I tried connecting all day Tuesday and re booting and nothingA service ticket was opened and here I am at 11 am Friday and still no Internet and no technician to fix thisIs Lumos getting as bad as Spectrum?Maybe time go give Bright Speed a call...
