ModBox Storage is a friendly self-storage facility in High Point, NC, serving the greater area. The facility is very clean, climate-controlled, and easy to navigate, with lots of unit sizes to choose from. It features indoor access, secure gate code entry, and is very accessible. Staff are outstanding, friendly, informative, and provide excellent customer service, patiently helping to select the correct unit. The process to get a unit is quick. Customers feel their belongings are safe and recommend it for storage needs. Some note that prices have increased over time.
Online reservations were quick and easy. Customer service employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend ModBox if you’re looking for a storage space.
