“I highly recommend this location. Amazing customer service, my unit was clean and climate controlled and easy accessible. I would definitely came back if needed.”
“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”
“Jennifer was very amazing and such a blessing to me. She really went above and beyond to help find me a unit that would work well with me and helped me with a reasonable price. She was kind, provided detailed information about the units, and provided wonderful customer service. The unit is very nice and spacious.”
“Beautiful storage space. I have been using ModBox storage since my Freshman year of college and it has given me nothing but pure bliss. My belongings are safe for all 3 months of summer. Kim, the front desk manager helped me with my storage unit. Kim was nothing but sweet and helped me when I needed to get in my storage space and out of it. I recommend her 100%. Amazing job.”

“I can't remember her name but the black lady who I believe is the manager and wears glasses was absolutely amazing! Super professional and extremely helpful with every interaction. She always had on a smile and friendly personality! If I need storage space in the future I will definitely be coming back to her! Thank you for all you do!”
“Just can’t say enough about this place. Got a phone call back with in a hour or so of sending a email about how to access the units. Absolutely professional and knowledgeable Julian was a great help. Enjoyed our conversation.”
“Teresa was an amazing help to us!
We arrived a bit late and Teresa personally showed us the spaces we were interested in! She stayed late to complete our contract.
Thank you Teresa for a great experience! The facility and units are clean, safe, & easily accessible.”

“The facility is clean, feels safe, and I know my stored items are going to be kept well out of harms way. Thanks to Josh who was always helpful and quick to respond to any of my needs!”
“I have my company storage unit here, Terry and Kay are both awesome, and Terry needs a raise immediately for how thoughtful she is and reliable/capable at managing all of us, and the entire property 🙌.
I am also a long-term tenant so I cultivate a very good working relationship with the facility.”
“for me, the best storage rental experience ever. megan is helpful and kind. all questions have a direct reply. thank you for your great service. highly recommend”
“I have rented multiple units over the years, as my needs changed with my business. Jason is always ready to give you information about pricing and availability. Fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them.”
“I already have 2 sm units and spoke with Sara about adding a 3rd. She was extremely helpful in locating a unit right in between mine and we did the paperwork right from our phones! I'm very satisfied with my units and my experience with Sara. Keep up the good work, girl!?”

“The establishment is exceptionally well-maintained and tidy. The staff is wonderful, and the interactions with the front desk personnel, in particular, were delightful. While the pricing is comparable to other establishments, the friendly atmosphere, convenient accessibility, and overall cleanliness set this place apart.”
“The driver is the BEST i have ever seen. This was a impossible job that didn't even seem possible. He works those machines like an expert. If you need a storage this is the best and got it at a great price...I wish I could give more stars.”
“I have had three different storage units in the time that I have had business here. I have dealt exclusively with Katie the entire time. I have had nothing but the best things to say about her, and the property. They have always helped me, in a pinch. Katie really has made all the transitions painless and seamless. I couldn't be more happier to give these people my money on a monthly basis.”

“The units are very clean, newer, and are exactly what storage space indoors would be. There are plenty of access doors and the majority of the units are close to one of these so you do not have to walk extremely far away. They have hand trucks available at each exterior door access that you can use for free but it is first come first serve type thing. Amy H at the front office is extremely helpful and very kind. Explains everything about the units and let’s you view different units to make sure you get what you need. They have taken all safety precautions as well. The interior is well lit and you do feel as safe as you should be in these type places. I would recommend these over other area.”
“Safe, clean storage units. Reasonable pricing but has gone up alot over the years we have used them. But it has been 20 years s8nce we paid $68.00. It is now 110.00”
“Great place to store an RV. Angela was fantastic! This is our first RV, so she showed us easy spots and made the whole experience wonderful! We're so excited and feel comfortable knowing our new RV is stored in a great place.”
“Easy and quick to reserve and pay for my unit. Excellent response time from time of lease signing to being informed my unit has been secured with a lock! Easy process and highly recommend.”
“The facility was clean, the fleet looked shiny & new, but the excellent staff was the real standout. Both team members were pleasant, 'present' & engaged with each customer. Ariana went above & beyond to problem solve and get me into a last minute truck to help me move my piano. The staff created such a great atmosphere, it made the customers relax and talk with each other while waiting. It was a very positive experience on an otherwise very stressful day. Thank you, Ariana! =)”
