“My experience was SUPER EASY here! All online and good to go! Julia helped me over text with my unit # and gate code...easy as pie! She even sent me a pic of a great lock to put on it! I am so happy with how easy this was! No paperwork...just online and texts. Julia even helped me because I accidentally got my unit in the wrong city, this move has been craaaaaazy hard, in less than 3 mins I had a text and she transfered me right over to the right one! Y'all I'm telling you...super nice Julia and easy experience!!”

“The units are very clean, newer, and are exactly what storage space indoors would be. There are plenty of access doors and the majority of the units are close to one of these so you do not have to walk extremely far away. They have hand trucks available at each exterior door access that you can use for free but it is first come first serve type thing. Amy H at the front office is extremely helpful and very kind. Explains everything about the units and let’s you view different units to make sure you get what you need. They have taken all safety precautions as well. The interior is well lit and you do feel as safe as you should be in these type places. I would recommend these over other area.”

“Even though the address says N Main St....this is the end of that street which means literally no traffic and commotion. So this location is not somewhere in downtown High Point. That makes getting in and out of this place pretty easy especially when you are hauling stuff around. Another advantage of this location is you can hit Hwy 311 in less than a minute. This particular location is a newer facility and the older one is just a few thousand feet away. So the prices on this one is a tad bit more than the old one. Very well maintained place and if there are any issues....it gets handled pretty quick. Both the lady and gentlemen who work here are pleasant to work with. The storage place stays pretty full and you have to get on a waiting list to get a spot.”

“Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.”

The Navajo color (of a beige/tan color) I chose from their brochure color sample to match my house turned out to be more of an off white yellowish hue.
