“Not only did they ship fast but they also had great customer service! I bought an Arcadia kit that turns out had a broken bulb. Once speaking with their representative and trying to troubleshoot some problems, they sent me a replacement bulb without issues.”

It’s clear they’re there because they genuinely care about animals, not just for a paycheck. While the prices are a bit higher than what you might find online, I love supporting local businesses—especially one that helps rehome animals. They also carry a much better selection of healthy food brands for both cats and dogs compared to typical pet stores. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“First time at this Tractor Supply. I needed to get some more deer corn. I was welcomed when I walked in. As I was walking through the store, other staff greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Huge shout-out to Melinni. Terrence and Ramsey! They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! The store was very clean! Very easy to get to the store from I-40. I had a great experience here. I highly recommend this Tractor Supply. They have a lot of nice merchandise!”
“Ok so I didn't come here for the PetSmart but I love that PetSmart has an adoption day. One of the best I've ever been to. Very organized and Penny from Juliet's house was amazing. We drove an hour and a half to pick up two kittens. I love PetSmart as a whole. I love the perks and all the variety of grain free food they offer for cats as they are carnivore animals and grain is not typical in their diet, but I digress. The cashier was lovely and the only one open. She was busy to say the least but still had a smile on her face.”
“I ordered a gas grill but wanted to talk to someone first since I had never visited the store. I spoke with Heidi, who so helpful! She went above and beyond to answer my questions. Awesome employee! Also spoke with the manager Mike and also helpful and pleasant. Grill was delivered with no issues. The guys that delivered were awesome. Can't wait to visit the store. This will be my new go to store instead of Lowe's and Home Depot. Excellent service! And from what I've seen on their website, they may replace Chewy as well! Dog grooming, dog wash, dog everything! “I know people have their opinions about this, mostly negative, however, although it was an awkward set up. The staff was amazing and kind with our dog, tried to interact with him as best they could, they were understanding for our reason of not being able to access his past medical records, the girl checking us in was not only thorough, but very helpful when we had questions. Yeah, sure, it’s an awkward set up, but anywhere else, you’d be paying probably double for what you get here! For what it is, it’s worth it imo. I’m glad my dogs first adult vaccines since being a puppy were here, I was nervous it might be a bad experience but it was quite the opposite. Thank you to the staff!!”

“If your a dog...This is as close to Heaven as you can get. I am sure pet owners love its convenience as well. The staff appears dedicated but I have noticed slip ups from time to time. Especially at the front entrance which can get overwhelming urine smell because of the four legged patrons who stop to mark the post( and irresponsible owners who do not walk 10 feet to allow pet to mark a grassy area just off the store front) But staff appears to have used an odor neutralizer to get the worst of it under control.”
