“I ordered a gas grill but wanted to talk to someone first since I had never visited the store. I spoke with Heidi, who so helpful! She went above and beyond to answer my questions. Awesome employee! Also spoke with the manager Mike and also helpful and pleasant. Grill was delivered with no issues. The guys that delivered were awesome. Can't wait to visit the store. This will be my new go to store instead of Lowe's and Home Depot. Excellent service! And from what I've seen on their website, they may replace Chewy as well! Dog grooming, dog wash, dog everything! Thank you Tractor Supply!”
“I was helped out by the assistant manager, a young man. .... He helped me size out a harness, collar and pick out a leash. Help me size out a metal crate for my dog ... The cashier lady was very good in helping me etch the YIP collar tag but I wish she had told me the distinction between Samsung Galaxy and Samsung Moto g. The YIP IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE MOTO G. I suppose I should have looked it up before I left but it's something someone at the store selling it to me should have considered. ... I will, however, keep coming back to this store.”
“Not only did they ship fast but they also had great customer service! I bought an Arcadia kit that turns out had a broken bulb. Once speaking with their representative and trying to troubleshoot some problems, they sent me a replacement bulb without issues.”
