My son has been waiting 6 weeks for his sleep machine, noone will answer the phone. I have personally went to the local office 3 times, they assure me each time they will check and call me back they do not. How in the world can they have an office so incompetent? No wonder they have a 1.7 review.

They are so unprofessional, they communication sucks. They have no clue what's going on. My mom has been having problems with this company since day one.

In dealing with Rotech in High Point for a client of mine, I have not had any trouble. They have been helpful and friendly. They have new processes in place that are working better for their customers.
