“called last night to check on and reserve a furniture dolly if they had one available because I had a table to relocate. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of xyz who was very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. He assured me they had plenty of them, and a reservation wasn't really necessary.
I showed up this morning to rent the furniture dolly for the day, and z was just as polite and professional as xyz . She hooked me up with the furniture dolly and I had it back in about 4 hours. Then she was also the person who checked it back in and gave me back my deposit.
I don't understand the negative posts on here. If I ever need anything else from U-Haul again in this area,”

“After moving in into my storage unit I later realized that my unit was too small. I was able to get a larger units quickly and given 48 hours to make arrangements to move my belongings from one to another.”
“Okay, I will say a few things here. This place looks "sketchy" from the outside. BUT we needed a place quickly to store an RV we bought. This place had low rates and 24hour access. This was great since we sometimes leave early or return late from trips. The lots were full of old cars and stuff that I was unsure about. We couldn't get our RV into the slip we were assigned. A call to the office to see if we could use a different spot we saw was answered with of course! They assured us they had been working diligently to get out old tenets that had abandoned property. We trusted the process lol. We returned a couple of weeks later for a trip and sure enough four spots had been cleared. Two more weeks later and some more were cleared. We decided to rent a unit here as our other storage facility for our property had doubled rates. They got the unit ready for us before our move in date with a new ceiling and was clean. We picked up the RV again for a trip and more stuff has been cleared up and new tenants have moved in. I am glad we made this choice. The office staff is ALWAYS nice, helpful and prompt. Always answers the phone and returning email questions in minutes! The prices are fair enough and they are working on cleaning up the lots. I look forward to seeing the end results.”

“The units are very clean, newer, and are exactly what storage space indoors would be. There are plenty of access doors and the majority of the units are close to one of these so you do not have to walk extremely far away. They have hand trucks available at each exterior door access that you can use for free but it is first come first serve type thing. Amy H at the front office is extremely helpful and very kind. Explains everything about the units and let’s you view different units to make sure you get what you need. They have taken all safety precautions as well. The interior is well lit and you do feel as safe as you should be in these type places. I would recommend these over other area.”
“Absolute pleasure to work with , seamless process . The gentleman who brought my shed was extremely careful precise and professional . It was nice to see his young son (11-12) working with him and learning the ropes when most 18 year olds can’t use a can opener lol . Strongly recommend these folks , the lady in the office was awesome as well !”

“Clean and secure facility. Personnel polite and helpful. I Would not recommend using this facility if attending High Point University , because you have limited access to units.( open hours)They are closed Sundays,and move in day for many is Sunday. Not good for a lot of us . NEVER AGAIN !!”
