Chelsea ( representative who coordinated the rental purchase and was very professional in her dealings with me, and Victor( who is scheduled to pick container up. “Julie at the N. Ohenry and Electra drive facilities is such a beautiful person.
With working two full time jobs I seldom forget my obligations. Julie makes it her business to call me before my bill is due as a courtesy so I don’t receive a late fee.
She shows up and see how my day is going and if I am happy with my space. I have seen this lady sweep an entire up stairs hallway with a broom. When I asked “ why she doesn’t use the push broom” , she said it doesn’t get the crevices close to the baseboard nor the dirt, that it only pushes it around. Thank You PS for hiring someone that cares about your facilities appearance and your customers. Julie you are valued and thank you for your kindness. Inside joke, I will not forget the survey next time. Have an awesome day lady.”
“Spoke with Mr. Christian from Customer Service. He’s perfect. He answered all of my questions he serviced with accurate information needs. He cut down any confusion about telecommunications per each individual store. He provided me with an updated phone number for the location. I have Storage bins at he gave me great accounting knowledge as to what my bill was and he has an accurate temperament for the job. He should go go far with this company. .”

The storage facility we used last summer was less than 10 minutes from NCA&T. Gross experience. There were rat droppings from the elevator area leading to ALL the units on the floor. I was sweeping a path from droppings as if I worked there! Droppings on the totes and bags. We had to sanitize everything before loading it into our SUV.
I truly appreciate the cleanliness and care Bee Storage provides. I will definitely be using Bee Storage again next summer. Thanks again!”
