“The facility is clean and the staff was nice when I reserved my unit. They have clean restrooms and elevators. They have carts to help you move your items to and from your vehicle. You need a password to get in. The only issue I have is parking. I'm not sure why they have no real parking beside the entrances. So you park in front of storage units on the first level. Hopefully, you aren't blocking someone. This will be my last month using their storage, because they increased my rate. If they increase your rate, they don't give you much notice...less than a month's notice for me twice. Hopefully, you receive their increase in the mail because I didn't receive a phone call, text or email of the increase. Make sure you have your payments automated. I misunderstood when I signed the contract that my payment would be automatically updated. I was late my first payment by less than 1 day after realizing my payment wasn't taken out. I immediately paid and set up my automated payments, but I was 12 hours too late. That automatically increased my rate by $10 for the rest of my stay. Now the increase is going up an additional $40 than the agreed amount.My unit is on the 3rd floor. I didn't need for my unit to be cold, but you can tell the temperature difference between the first and 3rd floor. After moving things after around, I am typically very sweating even in the winter time. Make sure you give them notice before you leave.”

“I have used mobile on the spot for my last two moves. The first time in 2017 for a pick-up and drop-off. What impressed me most was the timeliness. The unit was dropped off and picked up during the specified days and timeframe quoted. Even with multiple schedule changes. The second thing was the affordability. Hands down the best value for the level of service. So, when I had to move in 2021, I did not hesitate to call mobile on the spot again. This time, adding long term storage at their facilities to the order. My household goods were kept secure for almost a year. Upon delivery inspection, there was minimal shift and items were intact and absolutely NO damage. I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so.”

“The manager of the facility is amazing. Andrea is very knowledgeable and kind. However, the rate on my unit increased 80% over 3 years--when BeeSafe took over the rates went up a lot faster and steeper. The layout of the lockers is a bit labyrinthian and movers had some trouble getting larger things around corners. Andrea is a shining star here.”

“This is a first class company, very professional. I called this morning to request my car to be taken to the shop. The dispatcher was very friendly and professional. I requested a flat bed as my car has very low ground clearance and was told they only have flat beds which was perfect. She told me the truck driver would give me a call when he was in route, which he did. The driver was very friendly and took great care of in loading my car on the flatbed. I thought the cost was very reasonable, especially given the care that was taken. I highly recommend Spotlight.”

“I need to store items from my dorm room for about one month. At the time they were running and great deal that allowed me to store my thing for under $50. They also had very new uhaul van that were availeble to rent. It's kinda weird because many of the units have thin wood doors but bringing a quality lock will be good. It's best to go in the daytime because they have lights that you can turn on, but they run on a timer system.”
